No.581 of 2015: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenu/petitioner's son namely Sarathkumar, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

No.1149 of 2015: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's minor daughter viz. Saraswathi, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to restore her to the petitioner's custody.

APP for R1 and R2 Mr.M.Guruprasad for R5 C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) HCP No.581 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu Sarathkumar, to cause production of her son, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

HCP No.1149 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue minor daughter viz. Saraswathi, aged about 17 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenues are secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue Saraswathi, aged about 17 years, told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she married the alleged detenu Sarathkumar, who is also present before us and that they are leading their matrimonial life happily. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, the petitions are closed as nothing further remains to be considered in the petitions.

5.It is open to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum seeking their remedy.
