PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents 2 and 3 in connection with the impugned order passed by them in R.O.No.74/09 C.No.B2/3973/09 dated 12.03.2009 and D.O.No.286/09 C.No.D1/7286/09 dated 12.03.2009 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
