This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint and register the F.I.R.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.12.2015, an F.I.R., has been registered in Crime No.208 of 2015 and the investigation has been completed and yet to file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.208 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already filed.
