The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.01.2023 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(aaa) and 14-A of T.N.P. Act in Crime No.13 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
