PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2018 and settle the arrears of Pay and allowances as determined in the order dated 19.02.2013 bearing C.No.Pay Fixation(N)/32/2326/2013 N.Z.O.No.110/2013, on the file of the 4th respondent along with an interest of 18% per annum calculated till the date of realization of the amount within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the revision of pay granted to him with reference to the order passed by the 4th respondent in proceedings dated 19.02.2013 has not been implicated.
2. In other words, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is of an opinion that the Grade pay has already been granted and the said revision of pay was not implemented and the writ petitioner is submitting several representations to effect revision of pay and pay the arrears of pay due to the writ petitioner. However, the said representations are not considered. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.
3. The 3rd respondent can take note of the fact that, whether there is any enormous delay on the part of the writ petitioner in pursuing the remedy. If so, the said issue also can be considered by the 3rd respondent, while considering the representation.
4. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 29.10.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the Government orders if any along with the orders passed in the writ petition.
