[This matter has been heard through video conference] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the 3rd respondent has registered the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. The learned counsel, therefore, submitted that the writ petition may be closed recording his submissions.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs.
