..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent in the matter of "Direct Recruitment for the post of Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Directors Grade I in School Education and other Departments for the year 2018-2019, vide Notification No.10//19 dated 12.06.2019, quash the selection list and pursuant appointment orders and direct the fourth respondent to prepare revised selection list so as to include the petitioner's name in the wrongfully left out MBC candidates under the Chemistry Stream, as per the finding of the order passed in a batch of writ petitions by this Court in W.P.Nos.34099, 33167, 33175, 33176, 34106, 34109, 34118, 34127, 34133 & 34144 of 2019 dated 09.01.2020 in K.Shobana & Ors. v.

State of Tamil Nadu rep. By Principal Secretary, School Education Department & Others which was upheld in Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.419 and 421 to 429 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020 in State of Tamil Nadu Rep. By Principal Secretary, School Education Department & Ors. v. K.Shobana & Ors and again upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.3745, and thereafter issue fresh appointment order to the petitioner as per the revised list, within a time frame.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the fourth respondent submitted that the writ petitioner's name has been included in the revised provisional list dated 21.10.2021 at Sl.No.5, by producing a copy of the said list and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
