The plaintiff in O.S.No.150 of 2011 is the revision petitioner herein.

2.This Revision Petition has been filed questioning the order dated 05.10.2020 passed in I.A.No.757 of 2019. The said Interlocutory Application had been filed seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

3.Mr.Nellaiappan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner informs that the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2011 itself had been disposed of by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam.

4.Hence, nothing further survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
