This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022 on 28.11.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
