This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2014 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s. 173 (2) Cr.P.C. 20.03.2014.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2014 was treated as petition and after enquiry, the same was closed as false.
