C.M.P. No.9615 of 2021 in S.A. No.361 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has explained the reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
