This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 22.05.2015 whereby the petitioner was relieved from the service. 1/3
2.When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is fairly submitted that as on date, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the 1st respondent to redress his grievances if any. No costs.
