When the matter was listed for hearing on 26.09.2019, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. 2.In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
