O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent Police not to interfere with the ownership and possession of the vehicle namely Mahindra Tourist Maxi cab van bearing Registration No.TN-31-AM-5968, pending disposal of the civil disputes.

2.It is seen from records that by an order dated 22.03.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to implead necessary parties. Even on several occasion, the matter has been posted before this Court and the petitioner did not take any steps to implead necessary parties. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Further, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, after lapse of three years.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
