ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur to dispose of their warrant recall petition filed in C.C.No.30 of 2018 on the same day.

2.Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no warrant has been issued against the petitioners herein.

4.In view of the same, the apprehension of the petitioners that they may be arrested in connection with the non bailable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

warrant in C.C.No.30 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur does not arise.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
