It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioners that the suit in O.S.No.110 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif, Kangayam, Erode District was disposed of a year ago and nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petitioner. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. It appears that the present civil revision petition is filed against the orders passed in I.A.No.1758 of 2011 in O.S.No.110 of 2006. Since the suit itself is disposed of, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
