The matter has been settled between the petitioner management and the 2nd respondent union. In this regard, a joint memo dated 27.08.2024 has been filed, however without the original. In fact, the terms of settlement have been filed before the Labor Court, Salem. Even the respondent counsel has also submitted that the terms of settlement have been given effect to, and the workman have also received the amount.
2. In view of the same, nothing remains, and the matter is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
