2. It is seen that the writ petitions were disposed of on 17.10.2012. Challenging the said order, W.A.Nos.1709 to 1712 of 2014 were filed. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court disposed of those writ appeals on 01.08.2018, by granting liberty to the appellants therein to approach the writ Court by way of filing review petitions. It is stated that after 30 days from the date of the said order, these review petitions are filed.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and in view of the liberty granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court as discussed supra and further considering the fact that the review petitions are filed on 25.09.2018, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 11.02.2020 mk Note:
