ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2019 and reminder representation dated 28.11.2019 to measure the boundaries of the property comprised om S.Nos.141/1, 141/2, 141/3, ad-measuring an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 2.20 acres of land, which are situated at Manivilunthan Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District belonging to the petitioner as per Revenue Records and issue separate patta in favour of her.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.10.2019 and reminder representation dated 28.11.2019 to measure the boundaries the property comprised in S.Nos.141/1, 141/2, 141/3, ad-measuring an extent of 2.20 acres of land, which are situated at Manivilunthan Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District before the respondents. The petitioner also paid requisite fees. On receipt of the same, the second respondent measured the subject properties and the respondents have not yet served any survey report to the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the survey report to the petitioner in respect of the measurement made to the boundaries in respect of the subject properties, within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already served to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
