Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to the order of the 5th respondent in and by proceedings in order No. Na.Ka.5/1876/ 2011 dated 01.02.2021 to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to forthwith consider alternate accommodation in any vacant place in so far as the petitioners are concerned and to pass.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J. ] The matter in issue pertains to challenge to the impugned order, in and by which, the petitioner has sought to be evicted.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in the light of fact that the impugned notice has been given effect to and he has also been evicted, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 25.01.2021, praying for alternative accommodation and it may be directed to be considered and give a disposal .

3. In the light of the said development, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and however, the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue other remedies available to him under law, if it is permissible. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
