This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above appeal.
2.M/s.M.Malar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence notice to the first respondent may be dispensed with. In view of the above submission, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.
3.Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none has entered on behalf of them.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
