Alleging contempt of order of this court dated 21.08.2018 made in W.P.No.20327 of 2018, the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to punish the respondent for contempt of court.

2. Earlier, when this matter came up for hearing on 10.01.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this court directed the matter to be posted today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, none represented for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further and hence, this court is inclined to dismiss the contempt petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
