Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 3 and 4 herein, comprised in the communication Rc.No.C3(3)/42/ 3884/2004 dated 30.6.2005 of the 3rd respondent and Lr.No.DB/JD06/F 1292/ 2005/Rent/CR 10 years/89M dated 12.4.2005 of the 4th respondent, quash the same, and consequently pay the rents for the petitioner's own buildings at Old No, 18, New No.26, VOC First Main Road, Kodambakkam ( Third Cross Street, Vengeeswarar Nagar, Vadapalani), Chennai, at the existing, admitted, contractual rate of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) from 1.2.2004 and continue to pay at the same rate.
