ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.39552 of 2016, by order dated 11.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2016 seeking transfer from Villupuram to Virudhunagar Government Hospital or any GH or any one Urban Primary Health Center at Virudhunagar District, which is nearest to her native place and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 08.03.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
