This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Praying, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of 4th respondent and to entrust the investigation of the same to the 3rd respondent and to file a final report according to law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and to entrust the investigation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same to the third respondent and to file a final report according to law.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the investigation is not proceeding in a right direction. This Court is of the view that a mere apprehension by the petitioner cannot be a ground to transfer the investigation.

However, the third respondent/Superintendent of Police is directed to monitor the investigation and the fourth respondent/Investigating Officer is directed to file a final report expeditiously.

3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
