Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 17.12.2023 and consequently implement the order made in Ref.Na.Ka.A3/688/2023 dated 16.12.2023 issued by the 1st respondent to ensure the legal rights of the petitioner over the said property as per the sale deed Documents No.4429/2020 dated 29.12.2020 and Document No. 2580/2022.

This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.12.2023. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.903 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. 3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
