This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 27.09.2010 made in Case No.9348/Enquiry/2010 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Information Commission.
2. On 02.01.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has requested to print the name of M.Devendran for the petitioner in the cause list and hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the same and post the matter on 22.01.2019. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 25.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 29.03.2019. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 29.03.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
