ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal petitions dated 12.07.2016, 27.09.2019 and 15.10.2025 filed by the petitioner

2. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal petitions dated 12.07.2016, 27.09.2019 and 15.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal petitions dated 12.07.2016, 27.09.2019 and 15.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
