This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to receive additional explanation from the Doctors namely Dr.Karthikeyan and Dr.Priyadharshini who conducted postmortem of the deceased Radhika @ Panjavarnam in connection with Crime No.88 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.88 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.108 of 2017 before the Mahila Court, Nagapattinam. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
