Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the loan has been regularised by the respondents and the vehicle has also been returned to the respondents. He has made an endorsement in the Court bundle stating that in case the respondents commit default in the near future, the applicant may be granted liberty to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.
