Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to identify the property and measure property with boundaries viz. Comprised in S.No.112/1A3A of Madipakkam Village, Sholingallur Taluk, now Chengalpattu District measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft. By considering the representation dated 20.12.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to identify the property and measure property with boundaries viz. Comprised in S.No.112/1A3A of Madipakkam Village, Sholingallur Taluk, now Chengalpattu District measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft. by considering the representation dated 20.12.2020.

2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 26.02.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
