ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.10.2012, 11.02.2013, 11.06.2019 and 18.11.2019 based on the direction issued by the first respondent dated 23.02.2013, which was given to issue patta to an extent of fifty cents of land comprised in S.No.4/1A2, situated at Sathakuppam Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioner dated 01.10.2012, 11.02.2013, 11.06.2019 and 18.11.2019 and also circular issued by the first respondent dated 23.02.2013, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
