PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent refusing to register the Sale Deed presented by the petitioners on 4.7.2005 by his letter dated 4.7.2005 and quash the same and further directing the respondent to register the Sale Deed executed by the petitioner and presented before the respondent on 4.7.2005 without insisting for a No Objection Certificate.
