Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 20.12.2019 and to proceed against the erring company viz. Tamman Titoe Pharma (P) Ltd., Alathur, near Tiruporur including forbearing the respondents renewal of licence fallen due in a nearby date.

ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent had indulged in malpractice. It was using the old bottles.
Therefore, action deserves to be taken against it.
3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the licence of the fourth respondent was cancelled. The fourth respondent has filed W.P.No.5675 of 2020 and the same appears to have been withdrawn on 16.3.2021. Subsequently, the licence was restored in favour of the fourth respondent.
4. In case any person is aggrieved by the restoration of the licence in favour of the fourth respondent, the said order is required to be assailed.
5. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
