This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair order dated 21.09.2017 passed in I.A.No.34 of 2016 in O.S.No.110 of 2014 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Namakkal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 09.06.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, on 09.06.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given change of vakalat in this matter. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and the mater stood adjourned to 10.06.2022.

3. Today (10.06.2022) when the matter is called, none represented the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the Suit itself got disposed in the year 2019 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has given change of vakalat and the petitioner has not taken any steps neither to appear in person or to engage any other counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is Page NO:2/4

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
