ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein are the named accused in the First Information Report registered by the respondent police on 29.11.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.871 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.
In the said First Information Report, it has been specifically stated that the defacto complainant has given a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to one Rathivavel Pandian to secure a job in Secretariat for his daughter. These petitioners along with the Srinivasan/2nd petitioner and Pradeep/3rd petitioner herein showed an appointment order to them and asked them to come to Secretariat on 14.10.2020. Believing that the defacto complainant gave Rs.10,00,000/-and went to the Secretariat along with these petitioners herein. Though there was an empty promise from the petitioners and others,job was not secured against the money received.

On reading the complaint, this Court is not only inclined to dismiss this anticipatory bail petition but also to direct the Investigating Officer to array the defacto complainant also as an accused in this investigation for admittedly paying the money to get a job illegally for his daughter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
