Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to comply with the non bailable warrants issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee in C.C.210/2006 for production of the accused Gunavalli.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to execute non bailable warrants issued in C.C.No.210 of 2006.
2. At this length of time, it will be very difficult for issuing a direction as sought for by the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings are pending even today.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps before the Court below for issuance of fresh non bailable warrants against the accused persons, and after issuance of such non-bailable warrants, the respondent police shall immediately https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
take steps to execute the same and produce the accused persons before the Court below.
