C.M.P. No.9616 of 2021 in S.A. No.361 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has explained the reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
