ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 461 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.193 of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already died on 11.06.2020 in Malaysia.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated.
