This Writ Petition has been filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.100 dated 19.10.2010 (Ex 'A') issued by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the impugned G.O.Ms.No.100 dated 19.10.2010 (Ex 'A') issued by the first respondent has already been implemented in the year 2010 and after a lapse of 10 years, it cannot be interfered with by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
