This Criminal Original petition has been filed under 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C. No.268 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.When the matter was listed on 02.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner despite there was a direction of this Court to take steps for filing substituted service. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.07.2021.

3.When the matter is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the nonappearance of the petitioner for two hearings consecutively, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
