2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the exparte decree was set aside by the Court below and the suit was taken on file for Trial.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
