O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the Government have issued G.O.Ms.No.26, Higher Education (B2) Department dated 30.1.2018, in respect of conversion of Dharmapuri District Cooperative Sugar Mills Polytechnic College, into Government Polytechnic College and according administrative and financial sanction.

2. This being the fact now placed before this court, no further adjudication is required in respect of the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
