Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.
Balamurugane Public Prosecutor for Pondicherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24259 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revise this application after filing of final report.
