Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the panel issued by the third respondent for promotion to the post of Headmaster of Elementary School for the year 2013-2014 in the Proceeding No.Nil, dated Nil drawn as on 01.01.2013 in Thali Panchayat Union and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to draw panel according to the rank assigned by the Teachers Recruitment Board and give promotion to the petitioner as Headmaster of Elementary School with all consequential benefits. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the panel issued by the third respondent for promotion to the post of Headmaster of Elementary School for the year 2013-2014.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pending Writ Petition, the petitioner name was included in the panel and he was promoted to the post of Headmaster in the Elementary School. Thereafter, he died on 18.01.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
