(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition, in public interest, relates to the opening of a TASMAC shop bearing No.3060 in and around the Masinayakanapalli, Government Higher Secondary School, Mugalur Panchayat, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submits, on instructions, that there is no proposal to set up a TASMAC shop as alleged in the writ petition. This submission is recorded. Therefore, no order need be passed in this writ petition.
