O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to register the FIR against the accused on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 31.12.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that one Mrs.Karthika and her husband Mr.Mahaveer Jain had cheated the Petitioner to the tune of Rs.25,00,000/- under the guise of purchase of gold at cheap price. The Petitioner has given police complaint on 31.12.2021. Since no action has been taken by the Respondent Police, the present Petition has been filed.

3.Learned Government Advocate would submit that in a similar way Mrs.Karthika and her husband Mr.Mahaveer Jain were cheated several people including the Petitioner.On the complaint given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by one Balaji that he was also cheated in a similar way, the 2nd Respondent has registered a case in Crime No.356 of 2021 for the offences under Section 406 & 420 IPC, in which the Petitioner is also arrayed as victim/witness.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
