Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all relevant records relating tot he impugned dismisal Order issued in proceedings No Nil dated 16.2.2004 passed by the 4th respondent herein and the impugned Revision Rejection Order issued in proceeding No.Na.Ka.No.5363/04/A3 dated 09/02/2005 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as arbitrary unreasonable improper illegal against the rules and regulations of the respondents violating the Principles of Natural Justice and thereby direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Sales Man under the 4th respondent bank with continuity of services, backwages and with all consequential and other monetary benefits.
