Present revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.350 of 2007, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee within a time frame.
2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in the revision, which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioners are the defendants in the suit. The respondent filed the suit for partition and also for separate possession. According to the petitioners the suit is filed in the year 2007 and they have also filed written statement in the year 2007 itself. Without any reason whatsoever, the suit has not been disposed of hence the petitioners have filed the present revision seeking an early disposal of the suit within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.350 of 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
