ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent/disciplinary authority to compete the disciplinary proceedings in Letter No.33190/E1/201118 dated 30.04.2018 and pass final order.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent will conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders, within a period of three weeks.
3. Accepting the said contention of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in Letter No.33190/E1/2011-18 dated 30.04.2018 and pass final orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
